Senior Technical Consultant Rachel Vahey makes a return to the ‘Off the Road’ webinar series and this time, she’s talking powers of attorney and deputy orders.

During this session, Rachel will cover the three main types of power of attorney (POA) and how they differ. Rachel will then look at how the system works in the British Isles; she’ll finish up with a look at the trustee POA and how deputy orders may be instructed should there be no POA in place.
