Smart Works supports women in need into employment with a simple two-hour intervention including a ‘dressing’ appointment and interview coaching. In a relatively short amount of time, the transformation to visitors is astonishing and the seed of self-belief and an ability to succeed is planted. 65% of visitors go on to secure a job within a month, gaining financial independence and transforming their lives.
In this short video, Jane will be talking about some of her experiences of coaching the women who visit Smart Works and the positive impact this has on their self-belief, as well as sharing some helpful interview and confidence-boosting tips that we can all benefit from.
