Laith Khalaf examines some key points from the 2021 Budget speech, including hopes for a boomerang-like return to growth next year, the introduction of Green Bonds, and support measures for both the property market and livelihoods affected by the pandemic.

Laith also looks at how the Chancellor hopes to claw back money by freezing personal tax allowances and the higher rate threshold, while planning big rises for Corporation Tax further down the line.
