This week, our Senior Technical Consultant, Rachel Vahey, will be taking over the mic to talk to you about vulnerable customers and regulations introduced by the FCA to protect those who may be considered vulnerable.

During this online session, Rachel will help you to understand how potentially vulnerable customers can be identified; why you, as the adviser, must develop a policy and what that policy may comprise; and, to finish off, how the current environment may affect client vulnerability.
