- How much does the app cost?
You can download it free of charge.
- How secure is the app?
It offers the same high level of security as our dealing site, with all information sent and received securely using 256-bit SSL encryption. The app also times out after 15 minutes of inactivity.
When you log in, you will be asked if you want the app to remember your username. If you accept this offer, a ‘key’ is created that represents your device and is stored on that mobile device in an encrypted form. We have the functionality to decrypt this key to allow you to log in again securely, so even if your device is lost, there is no way that the information can be accessed from it.

- Can I use the app outside the UK?
Yes you can, but you must have downloaded the app before travelling abroad, as this can only be done within the UK.

No, you can use your existing username and password.
