Lisa is an economics graduate with over 11 years’ experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining AJ Bell in May 2014, she spent nine years working in senior technical and consultancy roles at a major SIPP and SSAS provider. Maria Municchi joined M&G in 2009 and is a member of the Multi Asset Team; Fund Manager for the M&G Sustainable Multi Asset Fund and the M&G (Lux) Sustainable Allocation Fund; and Deputy Manager of the M&G Episode Income Fund and M&G Income Allocation Fund. Maria initially joined M&G in 2009 and was part of the Multi Asset and Convertibles Teams, providing support as Investment Specialist. Before joining M&G, Maria worked at Barings and UBS Asset Management. She has an MSc in International Management and Finance and is a CFA charter-holder.

Julia Streets is a champion of fintech and female entrepreneurship, innovation, equality, diversity and inclusion.

In 2007, she incorporated her business Streets Consulting – the business development, marketing and communications consultancy. Since then, she and her team have advised a wide range of international firms in the field of fintech, capital markets and payments innovation, and offer specialist technology including blockchain, artificial intelligence, cyber and more.

In 2017, Julia launched the podcast series ‘DiverCity Podcast’. On each episode, she interviews industry luminaries to shine a light on positive progress, call out areas requiring further focus and offer insights and best practice to help listeners drive change (divercitypodcast.com; @DiverCitypod).

This year, Julia and her team launched a communications confidence-building programme – ‘Executive Shine’ – to coach professionals from across the industry in how to be heard and command presence in meeting rooms, on conference calls, on stages, panels and as a compelling speaker.

Smart Works supports women in need into employment with a simple two-hour intervention including a ‘dressing’ appointment and interview coaching. In a relatively short amount of time, the transformation to visitors is astonishing and the seed of self-belief and an ability to succeed is planted. 65% of visitors go on to secure a job within a month, gaining financial independence and transforming their lives.

Jane will be talking about some of her experiences of coaching the women who visit Smart Works and the positive impact this has on their self-belief, as well as sharing some helpful interview and confidence-boosting tips that we can all benefit from.

Belinda O’Neill is a Senior Manager with Bank of Ireland; she has worked with the Bank for 23 years and currently manages the Lisburn Branch.

She is mum to Leo, aged 11, and wife to Peter, for almost 16 years.

Belinda is a ‘Community Ambassador’ and has held many leadership roles in local business organisations. She is a past Lisburn Chamber of Commerce President, a Non-Executive Director for Stepping Stones NI, a mentor for Women in Business NI, a Fundraising Committee Member for the Friends of the Cancer Centre and a member of several other business and community organisations.

Belinda is a graduate from the University of Ulster, gaining her third level qualification in 2016, whilst continuing to work fulltime.

Belinda also has her own creative brand, established in 2017, called ‘Be Inspired to Be’. She is an inspirational writer, a keynote speaker and an active fundraiser.
